  • How do I make purchases in Ella?
    Download ELLA App from Play Store and Apple Store. Register for an account using a valid mobile number. Please verify using the OTP sent to the mobile number. Once verified, you may proceed to purchase your coffee from ELLA app.
  • What are the available payment methods?
    Ella Wallet, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit Card (Visa, Master, Unionpay etc).
  • What is your refund policy?
    Refunds will be given for missing orders and techical issues. Please send a refund request with the order ID and mobile number to ella@crowndigital.io on the same day of purchase. We will process the request and respond within three working days.
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    In ELLA App, go to profile page.
  • What is "ELLA Loyalty Program"
    ELLA Loyalty Program (Ella Points) is a membership program that allows our members to earn points on product purchases with additional Ella User exclusive benefits.
  • How do I earn ELLA points?
    You can earn point through purchasing your food and coffee on ELLA app. -Every S$1 spent = 10 points earned
  • How do I redeem ELLA points?
    Redemption of points is valid for purchase of regular-priced products. Every 100 points earned is equivalent to S$1.
  • When will my Ella points expire?
    All accumulated points will be voided automatically when there is no transaction within 12 months.
  • How do I order without using a Mobile Application?
    ELLA has ordering touch screen kiosks and a cashless payment system. However, ordering on ELLA Kiosk would mean there are no additional perks or discounts that you get to enjoy on ELLA App.
