Ella the Robot Barista is now at Changi Airport Terminals 2 and 3, where travellers can indulge in premium coffee options 24/7, including the exclusive Pandan Tea Latte.

Just like our wonderful healthcare workers, Ella works around the clock, brewing artisanal coffee as a quick and efficient pick-me-up to all Mount Elizabeth Hospital workers and visitors. By ordering in-app, customers need not queue for their drink; instead, our contactless and hygienic collection process ensures their coffee is ready to grab and go.

Supporting Singapore’s agenda of being a smart nation, Ella was invited to launch a two months pop-up at the URA Centre as a proud contributor to Singapore’s innovation road map in the next 10 years.

In line with Standard Chartered Bank’s vision to be the go-to bank for the new millennium, Ella was invited to launch at its office and have been serving coffee to queues daily.

Following the success of autonomous coffee solution Ella, Crown launches Bytes Station, a contactless and frictionless end-to-end F&B concept. With just a few taps on the mobile phone, consumers can enjoy artisanal coffee from Ella as well as a wide selection of gourmet grab-and-go sandwiches and smoothies. 

Ella was recognised and invited to launch at SAP Innovation Center Network, as an example of an innovative platform that solves current and future problems of the world, serving hundreds of coffee daily to global visitors and staff.

ELLA is serving quick and efficient cups of coffee to time-pressed commuters at Tokyo and Yokohama Stations as a part of a test marketing collaboration. Commuters will be able to make e-payments at the ELLA kiosks via Suica, prepaid IC cards issued by JR East for train commutes.

While the pandemic hits traditional business worldwide, Ella continues to take strides in serving clean, consistent coffee with zero contact. She is currently live at Plaza Singapura, Level 1 Atrium.
