At Computex 2026, the unexpected standout on the show floor was "Ella", a fully autonomous robot barista built by Sensory AI that wowed crowds while serving fresh coffee. Beyond pouring a great brew, the feature explores the major engineering breakthrough inside: replacing expensive discrete GPU setups by running the robot’s entire multi-agent AI system - handling customer chats, safety, and store analytics concurrently- on a single Intel Core Ultra Series 3 chip.

Crown Digital, the Singapore-based full-stack hardware and software tech start-up behind ELLA the robot barista, said Wednesday it has raised S5 million ($3.66 million) in a Pre-Series A round from Temasek Holdings’s Heliconia Capital Management, Momentum Ventures (SMRT), ParticleX, Leave a Nest, Gloca Link and M4ever.
